If you are in good mental health and a master of your subject, consider giving two to three hours a week for teaching underprivileged students, which can help rebuild their lives. Ultimately, your Growth: Yes,   "I can get better with small efforts."  Nobody has time, and Everyone is in a hurry. But simply tabulating your life, you can see that you are stepping towards a phase of Confidence. Basically, "I don't stay down", so I left that world behind quite a long time back, where many people noticed your disability before they acknowledged your abilities. I choose to move further with a strong desire to live life with distinction, integrity and dignity. I think and act big was a bold step, taking risks, developing and sharing ideas, as well as not waiting for permission. I joined Angel Express Foundation Axf , a teaching NGO, five years ago, never knowing how I would complete such a big journey, slowly and steadily, with many students and many batches. Axf is ...

I am now very eager that the place Hormuz will always be remembered as an indelible line of a black stone, in the light of current circumstances.  I got a chance to cross the Strait of Hormuz fourfold while visiting Port Bandar Abbas, Iran.  It has been a long time since I visited Bandar Abbas on MV Rani Padmini, a Bulk carrier (a type of ship). She sailed out of Dalian, China, to Bandar Abbas. That was a really lengthy voyage. From Dalian, the vessel set underway from the Yellow Sea, East China Sea, South China Sea, Malacca Strait, the Beloved Indian Ocean, the Lakshadweep Sea and the Arabian Sea.  The Arabian Sea water slowly said "bon voyage" for her next sailing in the Gulf of Oman and Further to the Strait of Hormuz. Getting and meeting are interrelated because they can be exciting, high-energy, and sometimes overwhelming experiences, too. Sometimes it seems like we all know each other well. Sometimes we meet friends who have known us since our childhood, some for a ...

A busy day.  My life has changed, and I am changing with it every day. Behaviour is like a mirror in which we are displaying our own image. And so at the end of the day finding myself more focused. My beliefs are not making me a better person, but my behaviour does. It was a busy scheduled day yesterday. Currently, my life revolves around various segments like teaching in college, volunteering and musical community. One grandparent approaches me regarding her grandson's behaviour. She complains to me about his institution's attendance, improper use of time, and unhealthy food habits. This process began a few months ago. We are all connected: the professor, grandparents and the student, i.e., grandson too.  Many times, I found the ups and downs in the emotional levels of the grandparent and grandson. Healthy communication is the point which was missing in all those connections. If everything goes well, no need to worry. But in a few cases, an action is needed to overcome t...
